Food has two purposes, one is for fuel and the other is for nutrients. Most people if they go longer than a day without eating are deficient in nutrients, especially if they are starting out on ketosis and intermittent fasting.

You need to use common sense and take into consideration that your body does require a certain amount of nutrients. If you are not hungry, also look and ask yourself – am I getting the nutrients I need or not.
